Process

After you completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email on the address you stated during the order process. This email will contain detailed information about the applicable payment options, a summary over your order and the amount payable.

After receiving your payment, a ticket voucher will be sent to the same email address as the payment invoice before, or the original ticket is sent by mail to the recipient after the presale has ended. Ticket vouchers can be exchanged to real tickets at the pre-sale ticketing counter at the convention venue.
